Villa dos Sonhos®
"More than a place, Villa dos Sonhos® is born as a lifestyle of presence, integration and reconnection."
The Villa is our home in nature, with open doors for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. Spirituality is part of our everyday life and inspires the care we offer in our sessions and the knowledge we share in our courses. This way of living gives rise to the retreats, events and experiences we create, with time to feel, learn and be together. Rita Mendes & Sandro Lourenço
Gatherings with presence.
The Villa's first dates.
We are opening the house gradually, always in small groups, with time to talk, breathe and experience nature without rushing.
"Villa dos Sonhos is the expression of what we believe in: living with more consciousness, nature, love and presence. Everything in its own time, built with soul."
Between river, stream and nature.
In Northern Portugal, about one hour from Porto, set within more than 72 thousand square metres of nature.
